after taking 5 erotic dvds and an excstacy my happiness was at 35000 but as soon as i clicked gym (about to train) all of the hapiness when down to 5000 which is my normal happiness, i did not overdose on excstacy.

Did you do this around 9:45?
EDIT I check your records and you took the xtc 5 seconds before the regen (happy resets every 15 minute mark), so this will be what happened
