Hi, I would like to ask a question. I would like to know how much the employee contribute to the company by looking at their stats but I dont know how to calculate them. Does anyone have a program to calculate it?
If i remember correctly secondary stats effect performance half of much as primary stats. If any stats if above the max it will only be effective until it is 50% more for example 750 out of 500 and 800 out of 500 should be the same thing, other factor to considers are how often they use drugs and if they log on daily.
Yeah I know the theory, i found it from torn wiki. But I still dont know how to calculate. Can you give me example if you know how to calculate it?? Please and thankssss
Example: 250/500(secondary) 510/500(primary) Secondary should take up 25% of effectiveness, 75% for primary Secondary is half it maximum so it be worth 12.5% Primary is 2 percent over maximum so it should be 77% So the base effectiveness out of maximum is 89.5 assuming they log on daily and don't take drugs too often. I may be wrong, never trust someone that is still in middle school.
Your part about primary being fully effective and secondary being half as effective is still true, but there is no longer any "maximum". The ratio at which you have the work stats doesn't matter, as long as you still have enough to reach recommended levels, but in order to make up for a lack of primary stats you would need double what it asks for in secondary. Or alternatively, to make up for what you lack in primary... you would want an extra half of that what it asks in your primary (which would be +25%).
Higher work stats will always be better, an easy way to monitor their 'effectiveness' is just to look at the lightning bolts on the manage employees page, as effectiveness is based entirely on work stats.
You get more 'bolts' by having more work stats, things like drug addiction and inactivity give a passive debuff to work stats... more work stats = more effectiveness.
If you have enough stats for the recommended levels you'll be at 5 star effectiveness, if you have higher than that it means you have a slightly higher tolerance to things like drug addiction in the work place, logging in once a day is enough to not have any inactivity related debuffs. Higher than recommended stats is better for the company in terms of profit/gains, but it's extremely marginal (I've had employees on triple work stats to recommended levels only gaining around 5% extra per day in terms of profit - the main thing their higher work stats gave them was an ability to potentially be a little more casual with drugs or activity without having any adverse affects)
