You can us travelrun (not sure if I can just link to it, or if that is not allowed, just search it on google, you will find it). The data is submitted by people when they arrive in a country so A. pay attention to when the last report was made (shown on top of the table) and B. take into account your travel time.
If you take this into account most of the time when you arrive there will still be items left.
Travel run is a frequently used too, and could always use more player updates

The travel thread in the Trading Post is also frequently used, but is more specific to flowers and plushies. If you want a specific country it might take some backtracking a page or two.
Also I realize I just listed resources that are dependent on community participation. There are also three companies that may be useful depending on what you are looking for in other countries.
Flower Shop 10 star special allows you to see the stock of the flowers in all the coutries.
Toy Shop 10 star special allows you to see the stock of the plushies in all the countries.
Cruise Line Agency 10 star special allows you to see all the items in stock of ONE specific country.
Each of these specials are 10 points.
