Someone Attacking

If there a way to uncover who keeps attacking in stealth.
I figured since there is a way to hide yourself there is a way to keep them from hiding themselves?

I dont think there is a way.

I don't think you can, however you can use logic in some cases to figure out who it was.

If it's a mug directly after a bazaar purchase, then you have a likely candidate. Or if in a faction war, sometimes you can determine potential attackers by who's online and using the same weapon that hit you in other non-stealthed attacks on your faction. You can also check a persons personal stats and see # and $ of mugs if that's what it is ... so there are ways and ways of investigating, like said above, but nothing that will actually tell you the name or ID of the stealthed attacker.

I think you have to get your speed up see whose attacking you.

dexterity is the one you want.

not sure if thats still 100% accurate after attacks 2.0, ive heard some conjecture to say its based on a mix of stats now, id like to think it still works based on dex cause i like dex


also ontop of that there are educations that reduce enemy stealth, aswell as job specials

i could see that being true i would be def is out tho if it works like i think it would.

strength = you hit so hard they didnt see it coming or this + speed to attack from behind.

speed = you hit with so much speed they didnt see it coming.


something like that i feel like would make sense, to me anyways. have you heard anything about the def side or would it be more along the lines of what i said?

i wish to know more i yearn to learn. =)

There is a company special that decreases an opponents stealthiness by a large amount but other than this and the other options mentioned above I dont think theres another way

i usually notice if its a close hard fight the attack isnt stealthed.

If you have suspicions about someone, then you can start checking things out like looking at their stats and taking note of their attack numbers. You can also put them on your friends or enemies list and keep the list open so you know if they are always on when you get attacked. If you can hit them then you can also check to see if their life is down by an amount that supports what you were able to take from them. Keep working out and if they are busy attacking you. you might fine that you catch up to them. IF you have no idea, then it's tough to figure out whom it might be.
