i'm doing 50 of each drug for all of the merits. i'm about to do the 50 speed. the overdose is confusing to me, Permanent loss of Strength and Defence of 6x current level. dose anyone know what that means.

wait i'm 83 rd level, does that mean lose 498 str and def. 83rd lv times 6 is 498? thats nothing.
