That makes no sense.
Best supplement to use??
Would be easier to answer for people if you would be more specific.
What kind of supplement are you looking for?
Muscle growth or something else?
Overall both just need info
There's thousands of supplements on the market, as stated above you're going to have to be more specific...
Viagra seems to get a lot of good reviews which are constantly on the rise.
Depends on the type of results you want and the type of work-out you do. A lot of options. I mean.. A LOT!
Whey Protein
Multi-vits
Pre workout
is all I use, pre workout is less important but it helps with focus and pumps
Peace
Try starting with baking soda, it is in a lot of energy drinks and pre-workouts drinks and super cheap.
All this will do is help to buffer lactic acid, which can be bad dependent on your goals as elevated levels of lactic acid cause a greater release of hgh (human growth hormone)
Buy Epic bars off Amazon (yes its a little pricey) but... Its grass fed and loaded with protein when hitting the gym.
Also I recommend one a day supplement, separately buy omega-3.
And lift weights, avoid products contains soy (if you're male)
Eat clean for the rest of your life. NO shit food
People have weight trained for umpteen years without supplements. Other than multi-vitamins, there's really no need if you are eating the correct amounts of carbs, protein, etc.
Magnesium Citrate
Omega 3 fish oil
cod liver oil
superfoods!
multivitamins
Anyone used BCAA's? Got given a tub by a mate, that didn't like the taste (>.<) any point in using it?
Then train harder.
That makes no sense.
lol This was funny XD
Do more reps, use more weight.
I struggle to see how that makes sense as a reply to what i said in the first place...
The baking soda will buffer lactic acid, so you can train harder with more reps, more reps will make more of a burn, more of a burn more lactic acid.
Yeah... That's not how it works. Burning lactic acid? No.
