I will be hosting what I believe to be Torn Cities first...
PROFESSIONAL RACING CHAMPIONSHIPS. (PRC)
All drivers must be class A Professionals.

Official Rules:
All drivers must have a Sponsor ( Company )
No company can sponsor more than 3 drivers.
**Sponsors will be receiving half of the winning payouts**
All races will be 10 laps, except the final heat that will be 20 laps.
Cars may vary from race to race, but Must be class A
(I may have other divisions in the future)
Races will be set with a 10 hour start time in order to give drivers plenty of time to enter.
** Passwords for the race will be handed out to the drivers at the time Entry Fees are paid. **
(Failure to join the race before it starts will result in disqualification (DQ) from the competition.)
As each heat progresses, the drivers will be listed in the forum in order to allow for third party betting.
( Go to BETTING HOUSE. )
Results of each race will then be posted by screen shot in the same area following each race.
Pace Car:
Each race will have a pace car in the race as well. (Most likely myself) In order to follow the race and receive the final stats. The pace cars position in the race will be ignored as if not there.
(Pace cars will most often be slower stock cars that are sure not to interfere with the top line up.)
Open Qualifier:
The open qualifier will be a race with No fees. It will be ran with all participating entrants.
(First 99 to sign up)
The top 24 winners will advance to the competition.

** If a company has more than 3 drivers place in the qualifier...Only the first 3 to sign up and pay their fees will be accepted. At that point, a Wild card will be pulled up. The remaining drivers will be placed into the Wild card section. However, they can not be pulled up until at least one car from that team is no longer in the competition.
Tracks will be as follows:
1st Open Qualifier: Speedway
2nd Open Qualifier: WithDrawl
3rd Open Qualifier: Underdog
4th Open Qualifier: Vector
Heat 1,2,3 & 4: Uptown
Heat 5 & 6: Docks
Heat 7: Parkland
The Final heat 8: "Majority vote will decide"
Heats:
There will be 8 heats. Each broken into races of 6 cars.
With the Final heat consisting of only the top 3.
( See Diagram Below )
Entry Fees:
Entry fees must be turned into the Race Director, ( Me )by no later than 12 hours prior to the competition.
(This is to allow for side betting once the racers have been posted.)
** Please ensure that I am online before sending fees. **
** Fee mugging may result in instant DQ without a wild card seat.**
Fees: 5 million per driver.
PRIZES:
First Place: 100 million and a Trophy.
Second Place: 10 million and a Trophy
Third Place: 5 million and a Trophy
**Drivers will receive a Trophy Signature to display where ever they choose**
(These trophies will also be displayed in the Official P.R.C. Leader Board forum.)
**additional fee money will be used for advertising the racing event via banners in the newspaper.**
Wild cards:
Previously eliminated drivers may have a chance to re-enter the competition if a driver is disqualified. This will be done in the order of last eliminated ,forward.
**Crashing will disqualify a racer. They will however, be placed in the wild card section.**

~OPEN QUALIFIER IS DECEMBER 1st to the 4TH~
I have decided to run 4 Open Qualifiers rather than just one.
The first will be on Dec. 1st at 6pm TCT
The second will be on Dec. 2nd...3rd on the 3rd and 4th on the 4th. All to start at 6pm TCT.
(All races will be set up 10 hours in advance to allow drivers time to enter)
In each Qualifier...The top 6 will advance to the Competition.
The first Championship Heat will begin on Saturday, December 5th.
Each heat will be held the following days. ( Dec. 6th - 11th) With the Final Heat being ran Sunday the 13th.
(The races will be set up for racers to join, 10 hours in advance. This is also, when drivers will receive their pass code to the race. Providing all fees are paid.)
* Note: You do not have to have a sponsor to run the Qualifier. You will only need one once you are in the top 24.
IMPORTANT NOTE...PEOPLE PLEASE READ UNDER QUALIFYING...THERE IS NO FEE TO RUN THE QUALIFIER.
FEES ARE ONLY FOR THE TOP 24 THAT MAKE IT TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP.
DO NOT SEND ME MONEY UNLESS YOU HAVE QUALIFIED.
Please remember this is the first PRC I am running. There will be one every other month.
Yes...Not everything is perfect. I am Ironing out some details as we go.
I do apologize for not being clear on how the fee structure was working...But I hope everyone is on board with understanding now.
In thinking about things I have also realized that the Wild card system, needs some more Understanding to the rules.
When a driver is pulled from the Wild card section because of a DQ in the competition...That driver must pay his Entry fee.
At this point...that Entry fee amount will be added to the Winners Pot. ( 1st place pot Only )
I appreciate All of the comments and help I am receiving from so many of you.
Some people have had their negative things to say about this...But there are always going to be Haters that love to Hate.
