Can you put a grenade into an empty box and then send it to somebody so it blows up in their face? It would make that perk about sending messages/emails/packages anonymously a lot better, you could be the unabomber!

The horses head and small explosive device require the person to open the package though. If the recipient is not a nitwit, they will look what is in there prior to opening. Not something your enemy is likely to fall …

You can do that with a small explosive device, but not a grenade. The person still needs to open the package though.
If if you really don't like someone, sending them a constant stream of the April Fools day novelties (toilet paper, dog poop, stink bombs) is the best way to screw with them. More effective than bounties IMO. With the recent happiness updates, you can really bang up their training.

A steady stream of toilet paper, dog poop, stink bombs would really piss someone off now that happy has such a big effect on training.
When putting the item in a package, you can change its name. If you add a few other things to it, the package can look very legitimate.
