Pay's not very competitive, is it?
Compared to what. Or do you like to just talk random stuff?
It's comparable to the pay I had at a male entertainment company, and it required lower stats. Maybe it has to do with a director that actually shares his profits around.
Ill bite. Was he trying to lvl it then the pay would be higher, also the price difference in those companies for start up cost and upgrading is a lot different.
Fair point, probably so. Though i think the profit margins should've made up for that. That strip club company I was in had like 3-4m daily revenue with about at least half going to employees.
You forget that there are also other daily costs that go into a company too, its not just wages. Maybe when you've run your own company you'll be qualified to comment.
