Moving to racing forum
Any E class car will be fine. You won't be in E class very long regardless. You only gain racing points in official races, and you don't get to pick which track you are using for official races, so don't worry about any particular track. I used a Honda Civic, but I don't think it matters a lot.
Don't spend upgrade points while in E class, save them so you can do some upgrades when you hit D. Then save the points you make in D class for when you hit C.
Your goal is to reach A class with enough points to fully outfit a car. Moving to A class and not having a fully outfitted car makes it rough, because at that point, almost everyone has maxed out cars, and most people will also have higher driver skill than you.
