If you use a FHC and you have over max happy or energy does either stack or reset back to max?

If you use a FHC and you have over max happy or energy does either stack or reset back to max?
energy doesn't go over 150 when you use an fhc, so don't use one unless you don't have energy. THe happiness does go over the amount it says you can have, but resets every 15 minutes, so watch out you don't waste your happy boost.

Just to clarify, using an FHC performs an energy refill, so will set your energy to 100 for non-donators/150 for donators
