I am looking for an up to date items list which shows every item and what their effect is IE lollipop gives 25 energy when consumed
Any ideas as the one under the help menu is not always full or accurate

I was thinking more along the lines of a cd payer and the such as it has no discernable use but people buy it from you so wheres the benefit? There are a lot of items on that list that have no use that I can see so why would you buy them?
Mostly people buy 'junk' items such as those for the merit that comes with trashing 5000 items in the dump.
There are also players that collect/hoard as many of a particular item as they can just for the bragging rights of owning the kost of a given item.
*EDIT* This is something I too have scratched my head about ever since beginning to play this game. If you are interested I came up with a couple of suggestions for how the 'junk' stuff could have purpose in the game:
