I became a subscriber last month but never got my special items. It's the second month now and I still haven't recieved anything.

Yeah that's the thing, I never recieved an. And my second month now I didn't recieve anything on the first day too

You were subscribed in October, then stopped, and resubscribed on 18th Jan. So all looks right - you received one item on Feb 1st, and will get one on March 1st.
really, i thought that was from the education i took on the driving licencse...
Completing GEN2113 gets you a driving licence whilst unlocks the ability to do driving related crimes. Advanced Driving Tactics Manual is a crime enhancer which increases the probability of succeeding the transport drugs crime
