Just replicated this and works fine for me. What item(s) are you trying to add to the market?
Have tried drug and candy... could this be any relation to bazaar item problem? It's so annoying when things work for some people and not others, lol...
In google, type "How to screenshot" and follow that query with your operating system/mobile.
You can then upload the screenshot to imgur and paste the link here.
Take a screenshot of when you go to the item market where your items are listed (before you have entered the item amount, this page: http://www.torn.com/imarket.php#/p=addl) and when you go to the next screen.
Follow what Marc mentioned above about taking screenshot.
I was able to add drugs and candy in both item market and bazaar so you will need to show us a screenshot of the issue.
Also follow the below check lists as well if not already.
Please provide the following:
- What browser are you using? Have you tried different browsers to see if the issue still persists?
- What operating system?
- Are you using any scripts? If so, try turning them off and see if that fixes your issue.
- Clear out your cache and temporary files as this sometimes resolves minor issues.
- Provide a screenshot of the issue.

5. beginning command, Command Shift 4 didn't work.
Guess I can't give you proof with a screenshot, only my word. However, possibly downloading Fireshot on Firefox might help. It seems it will catch in pdf, jeg, png, gif or bmp, whatever those things are. Also possibly e-mail which I could send to "George".
was a usability problem for me. the quantity box confused me as well, probably because there was no empty space within it to add quantities. please delete this post.
