i went to sell company to some one and hit sell company figuring it would let me put his name in and i sold it back to torn i guess for 28 mil is there any way to get it back

You should have setup a trade with the other party.

You could try adsking staff, but as above I doubt you will get anywhere.
He won't get the company back, sorry but you incorrectly sold it.
Companies are like items when it comes to trading or selling them.
Next time, add the company to the trade as suggested. SORRY!
