1. My nerve bar was at 35; however, a couple of days ago it went down to 30. Why?

2. Went to China and was at 59%. Played regularly (as in several times a day) for about a week or so. Went back to China and still at 59%. I should have at least gone up 1%.

In the last month you've been jailed 20 times, don't get jailed! Do crimes that are safer / have no chance of jailing.

That's probably going to help with both your issues.
