Hi! My Employee Effectiveness is rated at 1 out of 5. My company director switched me to a cleaner, and it went to 5/5, then switched me back to male stripper, and it went back to 1/5. I've tried switching gender from female to male, I have the working stats for the position.. we can't figure it out. Is this a bug? Thanks!
