Im using chrome with windows 7

i have Hughesnet when my data runs out it does the same slots keep spinning i have chrome and windows 10 so i think its your internet speed. do you have dial up or satellite internet that has a data limit? if you do then its definitely your internet speed.
I have cable internet , no limits on it
trying deleting your browser data and cache and history first and see if that might be the problem as sometimes your browser gets a bit overloaded. if that dont help try taking a bandwidth speed test http://www.speedtest.net/ and print screen the results. as there might be something wrong with your internet provider as when the slot issue happen its costed by slow internet most the the time.
Clean your cache and update flash.

It didnt happen again , and i did not clean my computer because it was already clean like i said before.
