So i'm looking to start doing some graphic designs, not just for torn, but just in general it appeals to me. So would anyone have any good software or websites that are free or pretty cheap that will get the job done. Thanks

i use paint.net (its not a website) and downloaded a bunch of plugins for it.
photoshop in the cloud is also only like $10-15 a month.(plus all the other programs)
Cs2 is free but so is any Photoshop
