Pretty much nothing
Connects computers to other devices via serial connection. Its like old school usb.
If you meant in Torn then I have no idea.

nothing. but i do know someone who actually collects them so they do have some minor trade value because of that.
Seems like someone knows more about this than the rest of us?
Maybe there's a future plan for the RS232?
