I searched the forums on how to do this but does anyone know how to update your age on your profile?
Click on the little gear top right corner and then personal details, there you can change your age.
edit: wrong forum though..

If you mean the days, that updates automatically in real time.
If you mean the one on the right, beside your location and your real name, it's in settings (the cog in the top right) under Personal Details.
