I can't even post items to the item market i keep getting item scanning error or something close to that and wont allow me to add my listings.

What items are you trying to add?
Do you have the 3% fee on hand in order to add the items?
its ok i finally figured it all out I had to opt the qty in and then put a price in the next space sorry to bother you.
