Currently for a user it shows:

Could we change this or add another field for last_action_time, using a standard date format?

Would be nice to have the usual epoch timecode like everything else.
What language are you using?
Same with hospital times (unless i'm not looking in the right place), I've done a little workaround to check if it's "hours", "minutes", "seconds" and strip everything else. Time stamping would be nice.
Don't know yet, I was just looking at what is possible to see if I could do something.
At the end of the day it is much neater to provide a timestamp for these things, and then allow the developer to use whatever they have on hand to then turn it into something like "x days ago"
