Attacking higher levels that have low stats and leaving them on the street. You might want to read this guide

use weaker higher level players than you. Attack them and leave them in the street.
then if all goes well for you, others will come along and do exactly the same to you.

OR

Just level up naturally

There's a fine line between leveling up in order to make earning money easier, and developing your account to ensure you are successful. Plan to struggle a bit to begin with. Use almost all of your energy to train. Even though it seems like such little amounts, right now, the chances are if you just use your energy to train you will beat way more of your similarly leveled/aged opponents. You are all on the same boat. if you see someone who is 15 days and 20 levels and you are 10 days and 5 levels, you have arguably a decent chance of beating them because most likely, they used the majority of their energy to level up. This doesn't translate so much as people get older and higher leveled because then there are ways to increase your stats with drugs and job/ faction benefits. But while you're young it's a lot more difficult to reap those benefits. There is the issue of making money.. it's way more easy to make money once you can fly... but you are talking about just a few weeks or months of time invested in training more than leveling. Here's the other problem with working hard to travel for money... then you start doing it... perhaps you waste more time traveling than using your energy wisely. You aren't able to train abroad so if you go on a long trip, you most likely will be wasting energy that has accumulated during travel. When you do start traveling, burn any energy you have before boarding the flight, and try not to get caught spending the night somewhere far away. IF you take nothing else away from my comment, remember your best bet is to use your energy to train and to do it as often as possible. Good luck.
