Our city is weak. It's the weakest it's ever been. Our foreign policy is a complete and total disaster. No vision. No purpose. No direction. No strategy. And now ISIS is making millions and millions of dollars a week selling Libya oil. And you know what? We dont blockade, we dont bomb, we dont do anything about it.
