Player icons, casino game images, spin the wheel images, profile images, title bar images, honor bar images... Really, all images do not cache.
Every time I navigate to a new page I see the images loading, like the old school dial-up days.
This would be okay, and expected, the first time I visit a page - but it happens EVERY time even when re-visiting a page, so it seems the images are not caching in my browser.
Chrome Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB
I have tested in Internet Explorer and it works fine there, so the issue seems to be limited to Chrome. However, I don't experience this on any other site, and I have nothing that would auto-clear my cache or anything like that.
They only things I've changed from default is disabling the prediction service (for privacy) and disabling the password and form fill manager, since I use LastPass.
Here's my "clear history" screen showing that there's plenty of items in my cache (indicating it's not disabled) along with the relevant content settings showing that it's all enabled.

The casino images are the most noticeable, as they are so big.
Edit: This was actually wrong. I probably tested it right when v changed and got confused. Chrome seems to prioritize large images when deleting from the cache, and the casino's sprite images are some of the first to go.
Well, I didn't change anything... But when I went to the wheels today BAM the images were right there - no loading. So, either you changed something or - if not - perhaps there's something on your end you can look at to see why today was different than any other day.
It's working perfectly fine for me in Chrome. Can you please try again? P.S. You can also check cache if you type chrome://cache in browser address bar.
Here's a gif of the issue. As you can see once I load the image and go back in right away it works great, but if I come back after a couple hours, then I need to wait for them to load again.
As mentioned in OP, it happens to all images, but the wheels are the best place to demonstrate since the images are larger.
Can you please tell us cache size for Chrome, and increase it if necessary? Simply close Chrome, right-click your Chrome shortcut, click Properties, and then in the field labeled "Target:", make it look something like this:
I cannot tell you my current cache maximum size, as I'm not finding any way to get that. I can tell you there's currently 129mb in my cache, but I don't know what the max is (and according to Google, I'm not the first person to try to find it).
The steps you provided are to override the default cache size, not to see the current limit.
Additionally, the shortcut in the Windows 10 start menu is a direct link, not a shortcut .lnk, so you cannot specify arguments like this.
Finally, as specified in my OP, I experience this issue even after clearing my cache, so I fully doubt this is the issue.
I also use IE for testing, and I just replicated the issue there, so this is not a Chrome-specific issue. Also, if you see above, at least one other user is also having the same issue.
I cleared my cache and just for the hell of it followed your directions for testing purposes. I set my cache size to 2GB.
When initially visiting I needed to wait for the images to load, which was expected since I had cleared my cache. When I went back to the home page and back to the casino the images showed up right away, which would be expected since they should be cached. But, to further simulate the scenario in OP I waited a few hours, and did other things in the city, and upon returning to the casino the images needed to download again. So, something changed, that my browser thinks the images are different than before, and the only reason for that would be something changing on your end, or the cache expiring.
I don't imagine I'm the only person experiencing this issue, maybe just the only one that cares to say anything.
