I would assume (could easily be wrong) that it becomes a cashier's check that needs to be cashed within 24 hours. After that period it is credited automatically to your account.
This is true, cashier checks were introduced like 2 years ago.
Completed investment from bank doesn't become cashier check. It just stays there until you collect it manually.
deeagraw is correct. Money will not be automatically credited to you..you have to withdraw it yourself.

Then someone should fix the bank wording:
Welcome to the Torn City long term investment bank! Here you can invest money over a period of time to gain a profit. Once you have put your money in the investment bank, you will not be able to touch it until the time is over. You will also not be able to start a new investment account until the first one has finished. Cashier's checks sent from certain services can also be withdrawn here, after 24 hours they are automatically added to your account.
You think they should be specific on the investment banking and what is only kept for 24 hours.
I guess a developer can add a line in there..it can be confusing and its not specific. You are welcome to suggest this in the suggestions forum.

The tutorial is about the city bank as a whole (because you are on the city bank page surprisingly enough!), not just the investment part of the part.
No thank you, you should not have to suggest things that is a simple fix.
I guess I withdrawed my money and forgot to reinvest ;( logged back in and had lost 600m from mugs
It's not confusing at all - it's perfectly clear in terms of referring to also being able to withdraw cashiers checks from *other* services (in addition to catering for bank deposits).
If it doesn't get suggested, it won't get fixed. No matter how simple it is, no matter how important it is, if the devs never even hear the suggestion, it's not going to get put on their to-do list.
In this case, I'm not convinced there is a problem that needs to be changed. But if nobody requests it, it's almost certain it won't be.
