If a developer can see there has been a bug on Torn, they will make the decision if they refund you or not
According to logs your browser indeed sends 2 requests at same time. I checked other casino games and it happens there as well.
Casino makes everything to make it impossible, like disabling the button once it is clicked. So we are also curios how is this ever possible.
Could you please give some details about your setup, what browser (including version), OS do you use. Any plugins/extensions?
Is there something specific about your network setup?
