How do you increase your company efficiency?
Company effciency? Or do you mean employee effciency?
Or popularity?
Efficiency is how efficient your average employee is (their stars). Your income can greatly suffer if this drops and even hit 0 quickly. You may get a small bonus income if you can hold it at 100% as opposed to just below 100%.
Things that affect an employee's stars adversely are inactivity (fixed by them logging in at least once a day), drug use (fixed by them taking a trip to rehab), and low happy in comparison to their max (things like moving housing can effect this and can be fixed by the use of an Erotic DVD or other happy boosting agent), and using the daily trains.
