maybe i dont understand correctly but what i am told is i should not be able to be mugged for a 4 hour period after being mug yet this does not work for me. as shown here Someone mugged you and stole $30,256,762 [view] 2016/05/26 8:14:52 PM

The mug protection lasts roughly 6 hours, but it gradually increases over that time. So if you get mugged again right away they'll get little to nothing, but after 4-5 hours they'll get closer to the max potential of a mug.
