there is no way. i did the same issue and stuck with a lot of dairy... so i lowered the cost and they flew out.. like having a clearnace sale

You need to track it, so you'll need to build you an excel spreadsheet. Basically, keep in mind that your orders are going to take 24 hours so your business grows you need to pay attention to what you are spending each day. You main goal is to avoid going zero and then not making any money on one or more of your goods.
