I may have missed a forum or 2 on unique properties, but I'm wondering if uniques will be a part of any update. I've read a few threads , and im getting the impression only a select few got em along time ago.
I feel it would be nice for all players here have a chance of snagging one..I sure do.
Wouldn't be awesome to find 1 when ya do a city search someday?

They all have their own unique images on the map... do you just expect to click that and suddenly it's taken from the last owner and is yours now? O_o Seems pretty silly....
I voted 'No' because of the city finds idea you mentioned.
They were auctioned off via Auction House for 30 day periods giving everyone a fair chance and making them very valuable since bidding goes 40b+. St. Paul's Abbey was auctioned off in October, so they still are being released ;)

All of them have the normal house staff except some don't have airstrips, so not all have pilots. All have medical facilities so all can hire doctors, as well as the normal guards/maids/butlers.
Eagle Island, Iron fist hill, maidengrave, presidential bunker and silo x17 all have airstrips.
Not all have yachts either, only Drakkar Sea Fort and Eagle Island have yachts (although that's only extra happiness)
The USS Bloodbath however doesn't have a swimming pool and is the only unique property without one of those, which means it lacks the +2% gym gains gained from a pool.
