if you mean work stats yes you do, up to 50 for each stat per day
Even better - exactly 50 of each stat every day, regardless of the Company type. You also get the same amount of job points to spend as your employees do, equal to the number of stars the company rating is. The downside is that you cannot "train" yourself while you are the Director.
You earn 10 of each work stat per star the company has, up to 50 per work stat per day.
After looking at the wiki, it would seem the earning rate is:
At 1* they gain 5 of every working stat daily, at 2* 10, at 3* 20, at 4* 35 and up to 50 of each per day at a 5* company.
