Recently just came back to game look for any tips an help!
I think the best, most general, tip people can give you is go through some of the better guides in the tutorials & guide section.

Like Harley said, the best tips are found in the tutorial and guides section of the forums. I highly recommend checking that out. It'll help you a lot in whatever you want to do in Torn.

my tip is other than what harley and joe ssaid, just mail Bogie[148747] any questions you have that you cant find the answer easily and get stuck he's a nice guy and likes to help
any other questions can be asked here in the questions and answers fourm
you can also mail me any specific questions aswell, although bogie knows more about torn than i do, but id probably be able to answer like 99.99% of your questions
