do we need to upgrade step by step of the upgrades?
for e.g. from small vault then med vault then large. if not, then it should be worth to buy the highest upgrade?
i got small vault just now, just wondered if i upgrade next vault, we got refund for the previous upgrade or something...

You can upgrade to the max all at once.
so the previous upgrades are wasted? or refunded or the vault themselves stacked?
They are wasted...
