That isnt an oil rig...........
To the OP;
1) You can check Trade Chat or even post a message there saying you are buying.
2) Put a classified ad in the newspaper
3) Check forum link Master has posted above (Not monadarling's).
4) Look through the Oil Rigs in the newspaper and look for 'FOR SALE' in the company name.
5) Contact directors of 3,4,5,6 star Oil Rigs and make them an offer.
