Munch [1565985]

does anyone play and good 'start-up' games?

Idk if start-up is the correct terminology, but I mean a very recently created game,

Let me know What you play!!

Well I don't know if these are start-up, but here is a list of the newer games that have been in-development or just recently completed development that I have played and found to be enjoyable. All are PC games available on steam and slightly buggy, as can be expected with indie games...

I am not an RPG-FPS-Racing sim type gamer, I am more towards the economy sim or strategy sim side. All the games in this list are probably strategy oriented simulation. So if you are looking for RPG-FPS I can only recommend Undertale and Super Hot which are already quite popular...

01 - Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes
02 - Papers Please

03 - Stardew valley
04 - Human Resource Machine
05 - Banished
06 - Kerbal Space Program
07 - Prison Architect

08 - Off-world trading company
09 - Big pharma
10 - Subnautica
11 - Cosmonautica
12 - Transocean 2
13 - Turmoil
14 - Youtubers Life
15 - The Escapists
16 - Don't Starve & Don't Starve together (RPG-ish)
18 - Stonehearth
19 - Enter the Gungeon
20 - Surgeon Simulator

Those in bold are greatly recommended and all these I have played and enjoyed as those "coffee-break" games in between my Cities:Skylines, Simcity 4, EU 3 & 4, Civ 4, GTA 4, GTA 5, Fallout 4 and Skyrim marathons over the last 2-3 years. I got some of them Early Access and free then got the full versions when they came out.

Obviously, the graphics are not great in any of them, no soft feature rendering and diffused ambient lighting :D
Also, not all games are as cheap as they should be, some are real cheap while some are a tad overpriced. Check them all out on Youtube/Steam definitely. You may at least decide to follow their development/developers if you think these products might become something better over time. I am also following No Mans Sky closely, supposed to release on August 9.

Sorry, if these weren't the type of games you referred to when you said start-up. They are worth checking out anyway though.
