Scamming is legal because staff do not have the man power to deal with it. Also we are all big boys and girls and should know the difference. There "should" be warnings everywhere about this, but I am not bored enough to check if there actually are.
they can do, they have trade log,i can`t think why not check for player.

Imo it's more fun there being no rule about scamming. and it's not hard to not be scammed if you think for a second.
Just don't be stupid enough to hand your money to others and you wouldn't need any rules for scamming.
Scamming exists both in real life and torn, deal with it.
There are plenty of preventative measures already in place to help reduce the possibility of scamming (trade system). Think about how many scams happened before the trade system was introduced....
Creating threads about another player is not allowed(Even if they are scammers)
Deal with it like everyone else. Dont be Naive meaning dont believe everything your told. This game is full of Scammers
