Pretty much all explained up there^^ Just need the money to buy it all.
If we go aboard, we only can buy 5 things maximal. Can we buy more? how?
Suitcases will allow more -
small - 2
medium - 3
large - 4
Also a PI with airstrip & pilot will allow 10 more.
Being in a faction with Cumber special will upto 10 more (up to Cumber X).
Being in a Cruise Line job allows 5 more.

If you can't get in a CLA; you also have these options:
7* Flower Shop - Buy 5 additional special flowers abroad
7* Toy Shop - Able to bring back +5 plushies from abroad
