Back Alley Bob Presents: Torn Cities Only...
PROFESSIONAL RACING CHAMPIONSHIPS. (PRC)
All drivers must be class A Professionals.
( Coming this July 4th )

Official Rules:
All drivers must have a Sponsor ( Company )
No company can sponsor more than 3 drivers.
**Sponsors will be receiving half of the winning payouts**
All races will be 20 laps, except the final heat that will be 50 laps.
Cars may vary from race to race, but Must be class A
Races will be set with a 10+ hour start time in order to give drivers plenty of time to enter.
** Passwords for the race will be handed out to the drivers at the time Entry Fees are paid. **
(Failure to join the race before it starts will result in disqualification (DQ) from the competition.)
As each heat progresses, the drivers will be listed in the forum in order to allow for third party betting.
( Go to BETTING HOUSE. )
Results of each race will then be posted by screen shot at the track following each race.
Pace Car:
Each race will have a pace car in the race as well. (Most likely myself) In order to follow the race and receive the final stats. The pace cars position in the race will be ignored as if not there.
(Pace cars will most often be slower stock cars that are sure not to interfere with the top line up.)
Open Qualifiers:
The open qualifiers will be races with No fees. They will be ran with all participating entrants.
(First 99 to sign up)
There will be 4 open qualifiers...The top 6 from each, will advance to the championships.
Note: You do not have to have a sponsor to run the Qualifiers. You will only need one once you are in the top 24.
** If a company has more than 3 drivers place in the qualifier...Only the first 3 to sign up and pay their fees will be accepted. At that point, a Wild card will be pulled up. The remaining driver(s) will be placed into the Wild card section. However, they can not be pulled up until at least one car from that team is no longer in the competition.
1st Open Qualifier: VECTOR
2nd Open Qualifier: TWO ISLANDS
3rd Open Qualifier: UNDERDOG
4th Open Qualifier: PARKLAND
Heat 1,2,3 & 4: MUDPIT
Heat 5 & 6: DOCKS
Heat 7: HAMMERHEAD
The Final heat 8: SPEEDWAY
Heats:
There will be 8 heats. Each broken into races of 6 cars.
With the Final heat consisting of only the top 3.
( See Diagram Below )

Entry Fees:
Entry fees must be turned into the Race Director, ( Me )by no later than 12 hours prior to the competition.
(This is to allow for side betting once the racers have been posted.)
** Please ensure that I am online before sending fees. **
** Fee mugging may result in instant DQ without a wild card seat.**
Fees: 10 million per driver.
PRIZES:
First Place: 200 million and a Trophy.
Second Place: 25 million and a Trophy
Third Place: 15 million and a Trophy
**Drivers will receive a Trophy Signature to display where ever they choose**
(These trophies will also be displayed in the Official P.R.C. Trophy House forum.)
**additional fee money will be used for advertising the racing event via banners in the newspaper.**
**NOTE** All money is accounted for in this PRC. There is $0 additional fees paid in. Therefore all advertising fees are paid by the event sponsor.
Wild cards:
Previously eliminated drivers may have a chance to re-enter the competition if a driver is disqualified. This will be done in the order of last eliminated ,forward.
**Crashing will disqualify a racer. They will however, be placed in the wild card section.**
(Wild Cards only pertain to Qualifiers, except in the rare case of All drivers in a heat being disqualified.)

~OPEN QUALIFIERS BEGIN JULY 4th - 7th ~
(All who wish to participate are encouraged to join all 4 nights for maximum chances to qualify.)
All Races to Start at 6pm TCT
The first Championship Heat will begin on Saturday, July 9th at 6pm TCT
Each heat will be held the following days. (July 10th to the 15th ) With the Final Heat being ran Sunday the 17th.
(The races will be set up for racers to join, 10-12 hours in advance. This is also, when drivers will receive their pass code to the race. Providing all fees are paid.)
IMPORTANT NOTE...PEOPLE PLEASE READ UNDER QUALIFYING...THERE IS NO FEE TO RUN THE QUALIFIER.
FEES ARE ONLY FOR THE TOP 24 THAT MAKE IT TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP.
DO NOT SEND ME MONEY UNLESS YOU HAVE QUALIFIED.
PRC is a Quarterly event

Some people have had their negative things to say about this...But there are always going to be Haters that love to Hate.
