Bounty small update

Not something very important but I don't consider that you should be able to collect the bounties you have placed on people.
I know it has always been that way but that's what bounties are right? If you can't defeat a person put a bounty on their head and wait for a better player. Also makes the bounty merits harder to achieve.

Bounties rarely get used for their intended purpose anyway, but good luck getting any suggestion to change it off the ground. A lot of people bought anti aircraft for threads like these to shoot them down.
