I think this should probably be changed now, we've had tonnes of bug reports and complaints about it. It should be quite simple to amend?
"Defeat X with absolutely no weapons and no armor equipped"
I didn't realise before that it says AND in Duke's finishing text. The grammar for the requirements is entirely confusing, even to native English speakers.
Yes, I think we can change this.
