i see some dull grey circles near my weapon and it said it is bonus. can anyone tell me how to add bonus

i think they are none functional at the moment - a feature to be completed in the future?
I maybe wrong.
Weapon mods will launch sooner or later. Such as a silencer, laser sight, etc, etc.
They're placeholders for weapon attachements. They should soon be implimented.
