what is the issue, as far as what is posted you are upset with Torn but reveal no reasons.
torn is to violent and needs to be banned whT if young kids take idea from torn and start doing drugs or attacking people i will ban torn city for good

If you want to protect them you would have to lock them in a box & make them watch fairy tails. There are lot of infectious things in this world dude better teach them how to react & adapt not trying ass hard to ban everything.

I think you need to work on your English written skill before thinking of suppressing people's free will in a harmless environment.
Perhaps read such books as Brave New World, 1984, Animal Farm and for fun the Warlord to both help your worldly knowledge and on how to write coherently and without making people laugh at you for all the wrong reasons.

If you wanted to act like a "Role model" in Torn City (of all places), you shouldn't had taken drugs, or had massive debt.
