My belief is that the mails/events (for item sends) don't end up on the receiver's account. My reason for this thought is because the mail when you send it doesn't appear in your outbox (intentionally) so the logical step would …

Old accounts? are you implying a second account being used?
Why is this on Missions? :O
He's saying many people that went inactive probably became mission targets and received weird items in Parcels or weird mails regarding Duke.
My belief is that the mails/events (for item sends) don't end up on the receiver's account. My reason for this thought is because the mail when you send it doesn't appear in your outbox (intentionally) so the logical step would be to not have the mail appear in the receiver's inbox.
