After accepted by both sides, like a trade, money is transferred and players are transferred without the need of applying. Then after the agreed time/hits, players are automatically moved back.
this is a very interesting furthering development of the initial topic, which I'm pretty sure that the OM did not develop anywhere near this much. But that sounds like quite a bit of work to be able to implement, and i would rather them work on TER bugs first.

Lol. I have never see a chain charge that. And it would be a deal between leaders, so say I offer 100 million for player c,y,X for 4 days. Then they are auto in the team 4 days chain or not. That's where rep would come in. Just like a standard merc crew
Human Trafficking: the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of persons, by means of threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation
wherever marlon brandos thread about territories was, when the preview came out, ched mentioned a built in system for guesting for faction non territory warfare
edit he didnt mention guesting but he did mention termed wars, which i thought would include guesting, but i suppose i might just be like stop online hits, or something
honestly, it wont really. In a free market The price of Mercs will be exorbitant. ergo, only the old, established factions or players will be able to afford them. it will help on an equal level, ergo Hof VS HOF, and So on down the line. still helpful, but not that game changing.
yes, if there will be a merc system there HAS to be a link to a trade. since many scams will occur because it will be big money to hire mercs.
This system would be an opportunity for small factions to advance in their growth.
However, im out of ideas on how the trading(making a contract) would work though. like if there is a contract of 600k per day, the merc would choose not to come online. and if it is 600k per chain, the merc would choose to attack once and leave. There should be a way to fulfill the contract that satisfy the employer.
maybe if it is similar to the bounty system it'd be great. like the 10k per level system but a lil lower. if you have better ideas please share
