Upgrades, correct me if I'm wrong, but then I also have a question:
Upgrades can be destroyed when you crash, and there is no way to "protect" an upgrade, although you can get upgrades that decrease the likelihood of a crash. I'm aware that you can lose multiple upgrades from a single crash as well. However, I've been unable to find an answer to this:
Are there any upgrades which cannot be destroyed by a crash?

well I think y can lose any upgrade.
there is way that you can avoid losing upgrades in crash is own or work in a mechanic shop.

No - literally any upgrade can be lost in a crash.
Crashes are fairly uncommon. Sure, if you race a lot, they'll happen sooner or later, but it's not a regular occurrence.
When you are first trying to reach class A, or have just reached A class but haven't quite upgraded your first car, having to use points to replace losses from crashes is a pain.
But once you've been in A class a bit and have at least one fully upgraded car and a handful of extra points, it's not as big a deal. And when you have 3 or 4 cars fully upgraded, it's very, very minor. I'll probably upgrade another car eventually, but right now I'm happy with the cars I have, I'm reasonably competitive on every track, and I have enough extra points sitting around I could fully upgrade another car at will. Losing a couple of upgrades doesn't make much difference. Figuring out which upgrades were lost is the worst part.
