Does Torn have a rule against Cross Over playing, whereby if someone can't beat you in another game, they come to Torn and get a friend's faction to declare on you, and actually say 'oh well, you got to beat so-and-so' and then to commence to pummel your faction because their friend's faction is twice as big and strong?????

There are no rules in Torn........ you may aswell the published rules as staff will ban or fed you for no reason whatsoever if they take a dislike to your or your gameplay. Been there and done it..... My son …

Sounds like good fun, and torn in a nutshell.
I don't believe there is a rule against it though, just need to work through it.

I doubt there are rules against what you have described, however there are rules against crossover when it comes to trading.
i.e you cannot buy something in this game and pay for it outside torn in a deal.
be near impossible to make this against the rules, torn only knows shit that goes on in torn.
As long as the "other game" isn't mentioned or advertised here, I don't see a problem!
There's probably s good number of torn players who ended up here for exactly that reason. Gaming clans often play loads of games and travel in packs.
Occasionally it leads to scenes like THAT one in "American, Me" that no one ever talks about.
Originally, HT was founded by a bunch of Norwegians who were playing the same online game (feel free to correct me if I got that fact wrong).
So, yeah, cross overs are possible...

Used to happen all the time on Torn Lite. If you couldn't beat them there go to full Torn and make their life miserable. Ahh the gold old days when Torn Lite was fun...

My son is in fed for 999 after player for 8 years because of his name!!!! YES the same name he has had for eight years.
Rules say 7 day ban for impersonating staff which he wasn't doing but instead he got 999 after playing by the rules.
So I'm my opinion with regards to your question, if you advertise the fact that you are warring people from another game it is almost certain that the few corrupt power hungry staff will just put you in fed.
No different to a 25 year chat ban I have when I had not even used chat!!!!!
Get a bent member of staff and they will screw you over....... simples.
