If i miss a couple, and don't see them. Do they vanish or do they stay around until i do eventually find them?
I don't feel like i'm searching hard enough every time i'm in city and i dont want them to vanish.

Once item spawn, they remain till you pick them up
the tough part to me is to get item to spawn
