My friend and I just created a new faction, and are wondering what you have to do in an OC. Do you just plan it and you will get the money and respect without doing anything, or do you have to do something, and if so, what?

You set it up when the time is over you hit initiate and it will tell you the results
Well, the most important thing about OCs is proper planning. It's not as simple as picking members, waiting and initiating.
Each OC has a minimum required nerve bar and crime experience. If you do not make the right selection of people for the OC, you will fail. Sometimes, a member with strong crime xp and a big nerve bar can carry weaker members but is a risky strategy. You would be better off picking members that all fit the OC requirement.
